As interesting as the information in this ebook is, I find it completeley unsatisfactory since the user is not allowed to print any of the information. This includes maps and reference listings such as hotels and restaurants. There is also no copy & paste allowed either. Why buy an electronic-travel-book when useful information needs to be copied by hand? This will be my last ebook from amazon…

I got my lamps yesterday and LOVE THEM! I was a bit hesitant to order on-line, but no worries with this selection.

Keep in mind, these are not small lamps. They will reguire enough space around them to show off their beauty. They are stunning at day, but even more so at night. The shade forms a soft V shape going up and down and next to each other, these are a real showpiece. Great quality too! Heavy, shade looks well made (beautiful on the inside too)…just perfect.

The leaf design has a matte gold tone (not brass) but I took a very dry paint brush, some brown metallic paint and touched it up just a bit (took about 2 min for the 2 lamps). I hope that these lamps never break, I love them so much.

I just picked this up and am headed to St Lucia next week (will update after I return). After getting this book, the Insight guide, and the Rough guide (which is anything but rough) I like this best. It’s throw-in-your pocket small, chock full of info, and every page I open, I find things I want to do, and enough instruction on how to go about doing it. It has nice maps, and things seem well organized by topic (nice notable for parents- kids section). The top 10 list of things to do peaked my interest: every one of the items sound GREAT. I think this book is more tumed to the active traveller that really wants to get out and see their destination. I gave this 5 stars because it’s the best guide I have for getting around, but it is lacking pictures, of which it only has a few. No big deal, I’ll take my own

Ms. Robson is a wonderful weaver of tales who entices her readers to hunger to learn more about the people and times she illustrates with her words. Walk in My Soul had an interesting slant on the legendary Sam Houston; however she did not draw the reader into the characters as well as she did in Ride the Wind. For 2 full weeks after reading Ride the Wind I thought of the characters constantly. I was in love with Nocona, Wanderer and admired and wept inside for Cynthia Ann Parker who lost her birth people and her Comanche people each time so bitterly. I admire and enjoy the painstaking research Robson certainly must do to create such wonderful stories.

Lucia St. Clair Robinson totally captures the reader into an ongoing stuggle between the Cherokee Nation with its trials and tribulations from their homeland of Tennesse and the complete stupid anarchy that the white man presented to the seven clans. Quite the captivating and thoroughly researched manuscript concerning the plight of yesteryears Indians just to survive a basic hostile takover of their homeland. To all of the people who like to read accounts of the trail of those who cry.

I love this book! Wonderful, yet heart wrenching re-telling of the Cherokee way of life and the hardships they withstood from being forced off their lands and moved to Oklahoma. Yes it was good about Sam Houston, but my interest was caught of the telling of the Cherokee life and the Trail of Tears. I could not put this book down. I have read it more than once. I bought this book 12 yrs ago. Still a great book!

Honestly, they are pretty much as described, but you are far better off just playing with the original wii remotes w/jacket! These are very poorly made and will only interfere with the action.

I ordered this as the description lists the shower head as:
"Showerhead uses 1.75 gallons per minute at 60 psi..."

It arrived today and it's a 2.5GPM shower head. I am attempting to be green by using less water and this isn't an upgrade.

I will have to see what amazon can due.
